Delivery Information

Delivery is normally within 4 – 7 days of an order processed through the site, although we endeavour to get most orders out with 5 working days.

This estimate may be 2-3 weeks during peak times or deliveries to areas considered ‘remote’.

Customers please note: The majority of our panels are made in-house and orders have to be processed through the manufacturing area. Stocks are held for some of the more common panels but the majority are manufactured when the order is processed.

We typically work with our customers to ensure that the required delivery schedule is met.

All deliveries are done by the delivery driver alone and some items are very heavy. Ideally someone should be home to accept delivery and help with off loading.

Deliveries are to the curbside only.

We cannot help with installs, carrying items in or around properties etc. We do not have insurance to cover such works and delivery drivers have tight schedules to keep.
