Refund and Returns Policy
Delivery of Goods
Before your goods are sent, we will confirm your order by email. No order will be dispatched until payment has been cleared by PayPal. Delivery will be 1-10 days. Special note: Most items are large and will require suitable off-loading facilities. If you are in any doubt, please contact the office. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days in writing and by email to email@example.com Items may be returned for a refund within 7 days of purchase subject to the following conditions.
Refunds Policy – Goods
Goods may be returned within 21 days and subject to valid reasons and the terms and conditions laid out below a refund will be issued from cleared funds. Please contact us prior to returning any products purchased on-line to determine and confirm credit eligibility. When given, refunds will be in the same tender as the original payment at the prevailing currency exchange rate.
A copy of the order confirmation must accompany all items being returned. To return purchased item(s): Pack carefully, use a postal service providing insurance and signed-for-delivery. Proof of shipment must be produced. Purchases are, unless otherwise specified, returned at buyer’s cost.
If a product or service has been purchased with a discount only the net amount actually paid will be considered, furthermore the following items are non-refundable:
· Items clearly displayed on the web site as clearance, discounted or sale merchandise
· The value of a discount
· Shipping and handling charges
Goods Damaged in Transit
We take care to package our products carefully and all goods are handed over to our postal service provider in good condition. Please provide any correspondence with your postal service provider to verify where the damage occurred. If you can show the postal service has damaged the goods in transit we will issue a full refund and seek compensation from the postal service. If the goods arrived within sound postal packaging but for some other reason were damaged please return the items in their original wrapping and we will issue a refund from cleared funds.
If the items you were sent are defective and unusable please notify us upon receipt in writing or by email and return within 7 days explaining why the product is unusable and given satisfactory reason we will issue a full refund including any original delivery charges.
Goods Fail To Arrive
We will notify you by email when we expect to ship your product. If your product fails to arrive as expected please contact us first so that we may trace the products on your behalf. If the postal provider cannot verify delivery within 28 days of the expected delivery date we will provide a full refund including our original postal charges from cleared funds.

Cancellation Of Contract
We will endeavour to fulfil all contracts in a timely fashion allowing for access to materials and adequate staffing. If a bespoke product (not in our normal product range) is being manufactured and delivered the following will apply when the contract is cancelled by the customer. Cancellation by the customer where the product is due to be delivered within 14 days – 100% of deposit will be kept by the company. Cancellation by the customer where the product is due to be delivered within 30 days – 75% of deposit will be kept by the company. Over or estimated to be in excess of 30 days prior to delivery and the contract cancelled by the customer – by mutual agreement.
